I listen to them when I am driving, working out, showering, cooking\u2026 you get the picture. Today while the kids and I were driving around completing errands, my kids were asking for me to put on \u201ckid music\u201d. Instead I decided to try something different; a podcast for kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My kids are big fans of \u201cThe Who Was Show\u201d,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brainchildshow.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cBrain Child\u201d<\/a>\u00a0and \u201cStorybots\u201d so we decided to try out a science podcast called,<strong>\u00a0\u201cBrains On\u201d<\/strong>. My kids are always asking me questions about science, how things are made, how things work, etc. so this podcast seemed like it would be perfect for them. We listened to the episode on your bones and my kids LOVED IT! It was entertaining and the kids learned a bunch of facts about bones. The hosts are a mix of adults, kids, and guests who have expertise on the topic. The fun sound effects, funny characters and mystery sound kept the kids involved for 35 minutes. I like that at the end of the show they reviewed all of the facts that had been sprinkled throughout the show to reinforce the information the kids had learned.
